Absolutely great experience. Appointment started on time, great explanation of what was going to be done, communicated everything clearly all the way throughout the assessment. Nikki is very knowledgeable, great at explaining things and the exercise programme she has given me is easy to follow and very helpful. She has helped improve my pain within the session. Highly recommended! Thank you!
